AdvantageCare Physicians is Hiring Call Center Supervisors for our NEW East Syracuse Location.

The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of the ACP Call Center. This includes managing resources, schedules, staff training and development and report preparation.

Qualifications / Required Skills:
o 2-5 years of previous supervisory experience in a call center, customer service, or patient relations area
