AdvantageCare Physicians is Hiring Call Center Managers for our NEW East Syracuse Location.

Qualifications / Required Skills:
o Prior experience working in a call center environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
o Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare desired
o Min 7-10 years experience in customer service, patient relations or similar field having supervised a minimum of thirty employees in fast-paced environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
