AdvantageCare Physicians is Hiring Call Center Managers for our NEW East Syracuse Location.

The Call Center Manager is responsible for achieving ACP's customer service standards, and efficiently manage the call center staff.

Qualifications / Required Skills:
o Prior experience working in a call center environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
o Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare desired
o Min 7-10 years experience in customer service, patient relations or similar field having supervised a minimum of thirty employees in fast-paced environment

Wednesday, April 15th, 4:30pm - 8:30pm
