Full Time Facilities Maintenance Technician 1st Shift M-F
We are seeking a a qualified Maintenance Technician to efficiently repair and service areas of our client's facility that are not functioning optimally. This person will perform many critical functions in the operation and maintenance of the building to keep all systems running, anticipate needed changes to the mechanical systems, to keep ahead of demands, and manage vendors performance for all contracted services. We provide all tools, and have our own company vehicle.
This position will be 1st shift and we are offering an excellent compensation package along with full benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 K, PTO, paid holiday, paid vacation.
Requirements are:
At least 2 years of experience working in Facility Maintenance as a Technician
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to Pass a Criminal Background check
Must be able to Pass a Drug Test
Must have Reliable Personal Transportation
