Sr. Systems Analyst

My client is looking for a Sr. Systems Analyst to join their team in Syracuse, NY. This is a Permanent Position. The annual salary range offered Depends On Experience. Client could be open to candidates willing to relocate. They could also consider covering a portion of relocation expenses.
Duties
Provide expertise in the area of ERP system named Epicor and CRM solution named Salesforce.
Provide a functional and technical expertise in the implemented system modules
Design, configure, secure and modify user screens, system functions, processes and system interfaces.
Minimize dependence on external resources for the implementation and support of business solutions
Extract and clarify business requirements along with ROI opportunities.
Work closely with IT Operations team to evaluate, develop and implement the technical infrastructure that supports the assigned system environment(s).
Build leadership and project management skills. Expand knowledge of company operations and business unit functions
Establish and maintain effective vendor relationships and consult as necessary for system, support and project needs.
Prepare and conduct system training when appropriate.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Education/Experience - 4 year college degree in computer science or related field, with 5-8 years experience.
Technical Skills Understanding of Epicor and Salesforce functions, processes and system design technologies/methods. Background in systems analysis and design. Database design and system planning skills.
Willing to vary or extend work schedule when required.
Willing to travel to Headquarters in Owatonna, MN as needed.
Additional Skills Preffered
Looking for someone with Business background who knows systems, users, and workflow
Knows the life cycle of ERP, sales management, quoting, invoicing,
