Summary:
The Manager of Digital/Interactive Media will maintain oversight for the planning, development and execution of strategic initiatives to grow the business through finding new customers and increasing loyalty among existing customers. The leader will use innovative and insightful digital practices that enable the building of brand awareness; as well as tracking of website analytics and online activity to determine strategic and tactical decisions.
Position Responsibilities:
Effectively leads the digital and acquisition demand channels to build awareness, brand equity, guest engagement opportunities, buzz, bookings, guest traffic, and revenue through all digital channels.
Leads the implementation of all digital marketing campaigns.This includes web content (including website functionality improvements), social media, mobile media, location-based marketing, traffic generation programs, traffic driven from search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising and online promotional campaigns, email; and other online mechanisms while using qualified metrics to ensure continuous improvements and support of strategic objectives.
Ensures all on-line and digital communications, programs, and assigned initiatives are consistent with brand platform and communications guidelines; and in compliance with organization rules, policies and strategies regarding digital and interactive marketing.
Is responsible for content management coordination; including design direction and implementation, and for all digital displays on property.
Coordinates mobile app development and oversees sustaining operation of mobile app technology for lines of business; including selection of vendors, content management and coordination, and integration with current IT systems.
Assures website is maximized / user-friendly for all digital environments (e.g., desktop, tablet, mobile).
Supports customer retention strategies using, email, e-newsletters, etc. to increase customer touch point frequency.
Tracks/analyzes effectiveness & ROI of online marketing activities. Monitors/evaluates websites traffic & usage trends; reports key website metrics, sales & analytic health KPIs to stakeholders on a regular basis. Recommends implements & tracks/analyzes effectiveness of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Works effectively in a team environment to develop viral, promotional, and other programs that generate high levels of organic traffic.
Effectively leads the development of social media strategy.
Delivers innovative, effective, and efficient digital/interactive marketing plans in line with business objectives. Develops new methods of communication with customers; find ways to spend marketing dollars smarter and more targeted.
Continually strives to improve overall websites including product presentation, onsite search functionality and usability to improve the consumer experience.
Optimizes the user experience on the web site and its ability to generate sales and related transactions.
Advises in selection and placement of online media advertising; manages development of all online creative content (including purchased advertising).
Works closely and collaboratively with other departments, in particular the Information Technology team.
Provides leadership to creative and production teams, serving as project lead and mentor.
Develops and manages vendor relationships for services such as content management and search technologies.
Keeps abreast of industry trends and opportunities to educate on new trends and opportunities. Continually investigates new technological opportunities and enhancements in the online marketing area that can increase revenue, brand awareness, and improve the overall experience of external and internal customers. Manages marketing professionals to ensure web projects meet requirements for generating leads and engaging guests.
Requirements:
BA, BS or BFA in Digital / Interactive Marketing or equivalent in related field.
At least 4+ years experience in digital/interactive marketing with digital agency experience preferred. Working with integrated marketing teams preferred. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of web development technologies in the internet space.
Knowledge of gaming, hospitality (hotels, restaurants, golf, spa), and travel / tourism marketing preferred, as well as familiarity with the entertainment marketing industry.
Possesses an understanding of user-centered web design principles, information architecture, usability testing practices, and Web 2.0 technologies and opportunities. Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and HTML is required.
Demonstrates familiarity with design, terms, procedures. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and related tools a plus. Current on emerging technologies.
Must have active involvement in online communities, as well as new technologies; and strong understanding of digital insights and metrics.
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail management skills, and the ability to research and coordinate information with prompt turnaround.
Must have significant digital marketing and brand development experience within transactional sites; including web analytics, usability, content management/architecture, SEO/SEM and social media deployment. Must be highly guest-focused, and demand driven.
Demonstrates the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external suppliers that vary in their working styles, and at different levels.
Must have experience in user behavior insights: tracing and subsequent analysis of very high volume weblog tracking.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
