The General Manager's main responsibility is to oversee all day to day operations within an assigned market. The General Manager must ensure all staffing levels are appropriate to meet or exceed the customer needs while overseeing and directing all assigned projects to ensure work is being done to quality company standards and expected profits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
Oversee all project design, planning, and costing
Direct all projects within assigned market to meet or exceed customer expectations, company quality standards and company expected profits
Manage all personnel within assigned market including: day to day responsibilities and directions
Provide leadership, guidance and actively train/promote learning to all your staff members
Ensure staffing levels are appropriate within the Region to meet customer and business needs
Demonstrated effective project management, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
Significant budget and management skills required, combined with a strong P&L orientation
Coordinate with customer representative for site related activities and maintain a good working relationship with customer representatives
Maintain equipment and vehicles in an operational condition at all times
Supervisory Responsibilities
General Manager will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

years of wireless construction experience, with 5
years of management experience, preferably with microwave and wireless site construction experience
High level of organization and attention to detail
Proven ability to motivate personnel in order to balance profitability and growth
Must be highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Must be self-directed, results-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, continually changing environment
Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions
Excellent communication skills including an ability to communicate and work effectively with business and technical managers at all levels of the organization
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
Must be able to read, comprehend and interpret site plans, construction drawings and scopes of work
Recognize and provide a safe work site with acceptable quality and efficiency
Working knowledge of safety standards and regulations in tower industry
Present professional image at all times
Ability to travel, as required
Must possess a valid driver?s license and be able to pass pre-employment testing (drug, background and MVR)
Education and/or Experience
Four Year University / College Degree or a minimum of (10) years industry experience in the wireless communications and telecommunications industry. Must have a minimum of (5) years? experience in managing similar operations, strong sales and business development background with a proven track record of success.
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
