Job Purpose
The Central Relationship Management Unit is a customer-centric, fully integrated, centralized team that is responsible for establishing/re-establishing and fostering close, continuous relationships between AXA and its clients.
The Personal Account Manager position is responsible for establishing trusting relationships between AXA, the advisor and our customers, and for delivering value to our Life and Annuity clients as well as prospective clients through:
Proactively contacting our customers, primarily through outbound calls
Providing a high-quality resource to validate customer decisions/research and to fulfill their requests and answer questions about their current products or new products that they are considering
Assisting the client in initiating or completing a sale through various distribution channels as appropriate
Providing a consistent voice of contact to assess and address service needs
Supporting three product lines, which require having securities licensing as well as multi-state insurance license (with study program and materials provided)
Collaborating with advisors and deliver on our value proposition to our field force
Multiple Openings in our Syracuse, NY location
Qualifications
Prior customer relationship management experience with superior customer relationship building skills
Ability to quickly establish client confidence and trust
Ability to quickly and accurately interpret client inquiries by utilizing research and analytical skills
Ability to engage clients to advise, recommend, or counsel them in regards to current and potential new needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High degree of professionalism; inclusive and collaborative work style
Exceptional quality and service focus
Flexible/Adaptable--ability to work effectively in a variety of situations and respond positively to change
Reliable--ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards
Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and Life and Health licenses (funding for licensing provided by the company; includes study program and materials)
Preferred but not required for consideration:
Knowledge of Annuities and Life Products and/or Investment Products
2 to 3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry with some focus on insurance
Bachelor's degree

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
