Job Title: Outbound Sales Account Consultant
The Outbound Sales Account Consultant position entails substantial outbound calling into small to mid-size businesses to generate leads, which will be converted into sales. The ideal candidate must be professional, tenacious, competitive, resourceful, charismatic, articulate and highly motivated. Critical to these positions is the ability to effectively manage a pipeline of prospects and forecast accurately. Consultants will be required to bypass gatekeepers, build rapport with decision makers, uncover and identify business needs, make a compelling presentation and ask for the business.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed daily / monthly sales goals.
Effectively manage a pipeline of prospects. Add new prospects to the pipeline daily and advance existing sales opportunities out or to closure.
Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers using a standardized sales methodology to assess needs. Consultant will make targeted recommendations leveraging the program solutions that will improve the prospects business.
Consultants will utilize account management application (CRM) to enter data, update customer accounts, set callbacks, enter notes and other important customer information.
Maintain professionalism at all times representing our client to the highest standard. A passion for exceeding customer expectations is expected.
Meet call Quality Assurance requirements
Education and Experience:
? Associates degree or similar experience required.
? Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required. Outbound business sales experience preferred.
? Familiarity with Forecasting / Pipeline Building & Management concepts
? Familiarity with sales process / methodologies (IE Spin Selling)
? Strong customer service skills / orientation
? Strong work ethic with excellent multi tasking and time management skills
? Professional (verbal & written) communicator
? Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of program specific software (MS Word, Excel, Access)
? Ability to think creatively and problem solve
? A can do positive attitude

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
