The Field Operations Manager will oversee and schedule the construction crews, rent required equipment, and coordinate with project managers to move construction projects along.
75% in office, 25% driving to jobsites as needed.

Description
- Oversee and schedule labor and installation crews
- Rent and deliver required equipment for projects
- Coordinate with in-house project managers and general contractors
- General troubleshooting on site
Profile
- Process-oriented
- Coachable
- Organized; able to take detailed notes
- Construction Experience; ironworks preferred but not necessary
- College degree preferred or minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field
