North America's (RBNA) end-to-end planning process for our distributor network (3rd Pty Distributors& Red
Distribution Company). You will collaborate across sales, distribution, finance, and IT departments to develop the future of distributor planning for demand planning, supply chain execution by establishing the processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. You will be an important contributor to a diverse team across Sales, Finance, Operations, IT and Data Science to design the workflow, develop the technology, and roll out the change management needed for broad organizational adoption. An important part of this role will be an understanding of current processes and future needs to influence RBNA & HQ partners. You will report to the VP of Sales Processes and be located in Santa Monica, CA.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
STRATEGIC PROJECT DEVELOPMENTLead the development of distributor planning for future of end-to-end planning.Assess and develop a clear roadmap to deliver the long-term solution for distributor planning as it relates to demand planning, and into clearly defined work packages with short-, mid-, and long-term deliverables.Establish timelines and manage project expectations and deliverables.Ensure agreement and understanding of strategies and goals cross departmentally within RBNA for distributor planning.Build an understanding of our current end-to-end planning process, our requirements, and understanding of interdependencies for future state new processes & planning. Manage communication schedule with project team and executive leadership partners.Ensure use of systems for tracking and benchmarking against main projects/goals for end-to-end planning process.Secure agreement on subjects within distributor planning for end-to-end planning process and implements resulting actions. LEADERSHIPBe the liaison within RBNA project team for the US end-to-end target picture for key account planning. COMMUNICATIONEstablish communication schedule with project team and executive leadership partners.Provide clear project updates that are relevant, transparent and help leadership, project teams and cross executive sponsors. Explain the purpose of each process within the US target picture to secure support and agreement of parties involved.Develop best practices for distributor planning to share and implement within RBNA. EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:
10
years' experience in sales and distribution within companies operating in an integrated three tier supply chain within the FMCG industry. Experience working as part of cross functional team management.
