Oversee the implementation of Family First Prevention and Services ACT (FFPSA), as well as monitor and provide technical assistance to the systems related to the changes and the impact on the safety and well-being of children in foster care, kinship and adoption programs as well as those families receiving preventive services. Provide more enhanced oversight, as well as technical assistance to the LDSSs, Voluntary Foster Care Agencies (VFCA), licensed foster care programs, kinship and adoption families and preventive agencies across the state. Improve permanency outcomes for children in foster care and preventive services. Monitor and provide oversight and technical assistance to local social service districts. Monitor and provide oversight and technical assistance to county youth bureaus for compliance with State and Federal guidelines. Assist in the development, implementation and administration of New York State services to children, adults and families. Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.

Salary Range:
From $61270 to $77912 Annually
Minimum Qualification
One year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in this title or in a title eligible for 70.1 transfer. This position may be designated 55 b/c and is subject to verification of applicant eligibility.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
