Based out of the greater Syracuse, Utica or Albany New York areas. Covering all of Northern and Central New York State and Ontario Canada.
INCOME: Base salary is $55,000 with commissions at plan of $125K. Total expected compensation
at plan is $180,000.
Car allowance: $500.00/month

Translate training and education into successful sales of all surgery
products in this companies surgery portfolio (Ortho, Trauma, Neuro, Spine, ENT, CMF)
Manage the complete sales cycle (including presentation, evaluation,
contract negotiation and
close, delivery, installation, and after-sale support)
BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience
Must be a road warrior, with a willingness and desire to travel constantly
Documented success as a top-tier (top gun) rep in previous recent sales positions
2 - 3 recent years sales experience capital equipment and or medical device preferred (no pharma)
Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and medical terminology a plus
Previous experience communicating with surgeons and knowledge of hospital
hierarchy and sales cycles
Must have experience selling , demonstrating and teaching within the operating room
Strong presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
High comfort level with software and technology, in general

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
